how it works
we know you're always up for a highfive. that's why phonefive is always detecting the motion of you phonefiving. once it does, it scans for other phonefivers around you that are phonefiving too.
when dealing with contacts and your private info, our first and foremost responsibility is keeping your information safe. that's why when phonefive finds a match, it compiles your contact card into an encrypted file and then sends it through a secure Bluetooth connection.
after that, voila. all of the information is exchanged.
the best part is, that whole process was done in a snap of the finger.

our mission is to connect the world. when limiting two people to connecting only when they're right next to each other, we couldn't accomplish our mission.
with find anyone can search for fellow phonefivers, no matter their location, and request their contact info in one tap.
once accepted, a new contact appears in their history and can be viewed, saved, or followed directly from phonefive.
from what we're saying, find seems like a normal search page. but it's way more powerful. with find, one can search by name, but also by social media username, like an instagram username or by number. finding and connecting with someone: easy.

creating your contact card is almost effortless. enter anything you want and then more. with phonefive, just log into your social media profiles and a link to your profile is automatically added to your contact card. every way to connect with you, a highfive away.
send what you want
you probably don't want to send every bit of information about yourself to all the people you meet. that's why we make it easy for you to quickly disable fields that you don't want to send.
just tap and hold on the fields you want to disable and they're not included in the phonefive. privacy is key when dealing with your info, so if you don't want someone to have a certain way to contact you, we make sure it's not transferred.
Team
Our story stretches from New York to London. Theo, left, came up with the idea of Phonefive while at a party getting someone's number. The process was just a hassle and was too slow. Tibor had realized the same problem. While Tibor was in NYC for vacation, Theo told him his idea and was immediately on board. Through the 3500 mile distance and the 5 hour time difference, together they finished the first beta of Phonefive in two weeks and are continuing to improve it everyday.
